      No 401k, no benefits no base pay not much to offer. Essentially a pyramid scheme for a privately owned firm that sells AT&T services. If you don’t mind selling AT&T at Walmart standing all day bothering people then this is the job for you.

      Quite a few if not everything, you might make just barely decent money after awhile but this is for college kids not a actual career or anything with stability don’t waster your time on an interview here.

      Hey, Reviewer! It looks like you wrote two reviews for our company back to back. While we appreciate the feedback, the guidelines of Glassdoor allot for 1 review per year. We offer a base pay, we are not similar to a pyramid scheme (how would a small business rip off a client like AT&T), and we have people of all experience levels in our Management Training Program.       Very warm and open team. I can confidently say the time I spent here I developed not only as a professional but as a person. The values of the company are ingrained in all aspects of day-to-day operations and members in leadership positions.

      You have to be ready to work in a performance-based environment. You must be comfortable with constant face-to-face interaction.

      I have learned so much about myself, how to grow myself when I begin to feel stagnant, how to continue to chase a goal, back end business operations, and simply of all how to think and act as an entrepreneur.

      It does take a lot of time to grow a business. So learning to manage my time for my business and my personal life was challenging at first but ultimately it just prepared me for planning and preparation for my self and my team.
