To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap. For me, I didn't felt anything to mention. But talking of mass, what i realized - the working hours should be a concern for future. It's all because of Italy timings, i guess. I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. I found opportunities in siting for extra hours and i learned many things. One should take it positive.
