I have been working with Project Objects for past 6 Years and its been continuous growth as far as learning, responsibilities and career is concerned. These are the attributes which any employee look forward to in a company he/she works for. The best thing I like about Project Objects is, it stands together in every thick and thin like a family, from the top heirarchy to bottom everyone is connected. It gives you more of a feeling of a family rather than company where seniors are always available to help you to grow as a person, personally as well as professionally. It is a great place to start your career with if you really want to realize your capabilities. It promotes open door culture in the organization where a person is free to ask any queires from anyone, and also without bothering about the hierarchy. This definitely helps new people to know everyone and get aligned with company's morals easily. Project Objects trust their employees and their capability. This is one of the various reasons behind the success of this company. Weekly team building games, morning sessions, random fun activities, frequent parties, outdoor visits etc. adds another feather in its cap.

There is always a chance of improvement. Project Objects is also focusing on grey areas and is improving in every aspect.

But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap. For me, I didn't felt anything to mention. But talking of mass, what i realized - the working hours should be a concern for future. It's all because of Italy timings, i guess. I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. I found opportunities in siting for extra hours and i learned many things. One should take it positive.
