high stress E.D who takes frustrations out on team members. gossipy co-workers with a negative outlook on everything. everyone complains about each other. poor organizational structure and disorganized in every way possible. slow processes for improvement and change. empty promises from upper management made regularly. minimal holidays off, maybe six? when average is ten at other places. changing expectations so you end up doing tasks outside your position, no consistency false sense of "culture and team"
