The career path is based on individual performance, a massive pro for me Great company trips which supposedly are standard for all companies...still very fun Closeness of regional offices employees is a big plus although this changes with the coming and going of new staff Management genuinely care and want everyone to succeed, whatever the method

Business Model is set up that only the top people survive and stay with other good consultants falling away at the mid point due to frustrations about what is expected No room for Mid-Level performers which could benefit the business to grow in the long run Lack of key/hot clients means new business is required constantly - difficult for new staff Caught between competing with the bigger companies for volume business and being a niche specialist.... means we end up falling between the 2 models
