Reasonable pay, flexible hours. Nice employees, I have never had any issues with the corporate office. They provide uniforms and pay for all the testing, so there is very little out of pocket when you get hired. It is easy work once you get the hang of it with lots of downtime.

They hire a lot of part time guards, so this makes for a unpredictable amount of hours. In the security position I work in, I work 9+ hours without a lunch and a couple of bathroom breaks. However I am able to eat whenever I want. The main issue is that I work as a contractor for another company so I am viewed as the "black sheep".

There are absolutely no pros for working with this company

Over worked and under paid If you want to kill yourself for people who could care less about your medical issues They can't keep the good employees but they'll take back the ones who don't do their job, sleep while at work and get paid for it, step away from their posts and disappear for extended periods of time, management refuses to communicate with you, the only way you can actually survive on the piddly pay is praying you get over time.
