I've been with the company almost 6 months and their focus on people-first is second-to-none. The HR staff is so personable and management is understandable and generally quite reasonable. I've been very impressed with the high skill level of our marketing team and design team.
It's a fun and fast-paced environment to work. There is always something that is urgent for our clients and it's a lot to manage at times but management will always be flexible when life comes up.

The compensation package is on the low side, especially compared to industry standards.
They want to invest in the organizations they work for, but at the end of the day, my job needs to pay an adequate value for the quality and quantity of the work.
On the flip-side there are other benefits that are invaluable, i.e. flexible work schedule, grace and understanding, great opportunity for learning
