Great people. Great product. Great customers.

Projector was a small company, with ~40 people. For some of my co-workers that was too small. For others, it was just right.

This is a special company that values each employee's personalized professional development. If you have goals, interests, ideas, etc. outside of your specific job function, you are encouraged to develop those skillets, and the leadership team will help you find opportunities to do so. It's a very collaborative and non-hierarchical work environment with a huge focus on maintaining and improving company culture. There is a culture committee that ensures this is a point of emphasis. Transparency is also valued and respected here, and leadership lives and breathes that. There are never any surprises.

As a growing SaaS company, some of the company policies are still being solidified and documented. However, leadership is open and encouraging employees to help shape these efforts, which is positive and unique.
