The company tries to promote internal growth and find a position that best fits you and the company. ProLawn is a very tight knit company that feels more like a family than just another business. The owner will go to great lengths to do anything he can for you and that's not something you can find just anywhere.

      Like any job, there are very stressful and hectic days. Sometimes the communication between office staff and field staff can lack but that is something that is always a work in progress.

      Small organization, long-time employees and under the same ownership for over 30 years, treat their customers with respect, value them, believe in customer service, takes care of employees as individuals Offer health, life, dental, vision, and short-term disability and that's really important!

      Small company, so no 401k, limited opportunity for upward mobility though it does exist.

      Owner is full of himself. HR rep is not worker friendly. If they decide they don't like you, that's all they will ever feel tword you.
