Boys club with outdated processes. Managers who expect 120% of you. Unhelpful HR, who help the company and not their staff.

I've worked here for a number of years now and throughout my time the majority of people within the company have been welcoming, always willing to help and easy to get along with. During the pandemic, management have always listened to mine and my teams concerns and been fair in their decisions. On a more personal level, the company have supported me through some extremely tough times, it's a shame that employees feel that they can't speak to management first.
