Prolocity has great upper and middle management, good systems and practices in place, good pay, straightforward leave expectations, and easy onboarding, I can use my own devices, and each day has a flexible schedule, They are happy to be flexible with time zones. The people are easy to get along with. They have very good processes for a company their size and deliver high-quality builds for their clients. If you ask the team for help, people are always willing to problem-solve with you. It's a friendly, low-drama company to work for that will be one to keep an eye on.
