      The work was at times enjoyable - I gained real skills in terms of QA and managing project implementations.

      The company had no interest whatsoever in retaining employees - over the time I was there, no employees received any significant pay increases. The company was in a tailspin at the time, and there was little interest in doing anythign to improve the overall culture.

      Friendly co-workers generally - of course sometimes too friendly. Leeway to make changes to our product to make it better for clients.

      Upper management not present most of the time and out of touch with employee's that earn the money for the company. Pay raises VERY infrequent. Employees not held accountable for 8 hour day. Low moral.
