- Scarso equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata (mi è stato detto "questo non è un lavoro da 9 a 5", prevedevo di lavorare in alcuni fine settimana e in alcune occasioni anche alla presa di forza, ecc.) - I miei dirigenti erano in costante disaccordo - La cultura aziendale è antiquata : Tutti si travestono per andare in ufficio, nessun lavoro da casa, e io facevo parte di una squadra composta principalmente da persone di 10-20 anni più grandi di me. L'amministratore delegato è persino andato a tutte le mani una volta e ha detto a qualcuno che ha risposto a un sondaggio sul coinvolgimento che la sua opinione era sbagliata/che dovrebbe cercare altrove se non è per loro. - Alcuni dei dirigenti sono aperti a nuove idee, mentre altri sono testardi e non si sposteranno sul loro approccio alla risoluzione dei problemi - Anche se ti vengono assegnate nuove responsabilità, non ti verrà riconosciuto un compenso aggiuntivo. Mi sono state assegnate diverse responsabilità al di fuori della mia descrizione del lavoro originale e ho ricevuto un aumento annuale del 3%. - Il team di gestione della proprietà e i team finanziari sono ben costruiti e hanno stabilito processi in atto. Altri team vengono formati al volo, il che causa problemi di carenza di personale - Affidarsi a richieste ad hoc/Nessun tempo dedicato alla creazione di processi sostenibili: questo alimenta il problema dell'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata per i dipendenti di livello inferiore

In some areas, opportunities to move into higher-level roles may be limited, particularly when those positions are held long-term. Additionally, the level of support and development can vary by manager and team, which can impact the overall employee experience. While many leaders are highly supportive, consistency across the organization can differ.
