This review is for the Cerritos office team. Toxic female mean girl work environment. Passive aggressive “team lead” who HR could not remove without “concrete” proof of workplace harassment and abuse, despite years and years of horror stories of people leaving in tears because of this particular woman team lead.

We do have ongoing manager training to help all our managers become strong, inclusive people leaders and we hold them accountable through our annual anonymous employee survey. One challenge I’ve observed is that career progression can vary depending on the department. In some areas, opportunities to move into higher-level roles may be limited, particularly when those positions are held long-term. Additionally, the level of support and development can vary by manager and team, which can impact the overall employee experience. While many leaders are highly supportive, consistency across the organization can differ.

In 2025, 87% of our employees reported that their manager was effective or highly effective. We host ongoing trainings for our leaders to continuously improve that metric.
