Pathetic people management. Unrealistic targets. The business doesn’t know what it is but expects to command huge fees for basic work. Long term employees are allowed to sit on all their clients and young employees are made to start with nothing. If you do chargeable work for a senior person, they still get the income allocated to them. They claim to be able to help businesses with their people but it’s just something snazzy to say, they can’t even manage their own people. Anyone who has been there for more than 10 years has been promoted to manage a team and then demoted but retained in same team. Toxic environment.
