Very unethical Makes up stories instead of being truthful New maintenace leadership cannot fix anything and is verbally abusive and short tempered. New plant management very inexperienced. Likes to raise concerns over non concerns which wastes everyone’s time. No communication Two faced Back stabbing Poor production leadership. Cannot quit playing computer games and texting on the cell phone long enough to help. Cannot express your opinions without retaliation. HR is nonexistent. Best and hardest working people first to be fired and/ or reprimanded first. Safety severely declined over the past 3 months. No consistent policies or procedures. Upper management makes up the rules as the need. Promotes a family atmosphere which cannot be further from the truth. Company is very firm on do as I say not as I do attitude and actions. Cannot put into words how high the turnover rate is. When they get tired of you they fire you. Very unstable place to work
