The company is very dedicated to its mission but would benefit from stronger experienced corporate management as the company grows.

Very nice senior living community, residents varied in needs and culture. Staff pleasant and very hard working. Past executive director who was there in 2006-2009 was excellent and missed by all.

Regional director and owners only care about policies and not the residents. Currently on 4th executive director in 3 years.
