      The management team made you feel atrocious. The expectations were never achievable and you could never rely on your manager to actually communicate with you. You are always made to feel like you were always a bother.

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.
