Managers are very supportive to staff. They provide lot of opportunities to learn and excel in the job.

Since its a small team work will be hectic.

Worst place to work people bully you. IT people monitor you alot if you are working for home for a day to see if we are online or not

Company does not treat all employees equally. Favoritism is a big problem here. Executive Managers, directors bully you a lot. Micromanaging at it's worst, they email at least 5- 10 times in a day asking for what are you working on right now. They monitor how many times you go to washroom, you go to get some coffee and for lunch you are supposed to eat at your desk and work while eating. Overall I felt it's a toxic place to work
