We all believe in the product we're selling, making it more affordable for people to learn new skills and improve their lives. This team is so focused on helping our customers learn how to get back up when they're knocked down. Also, there is a lot of opportunity to be a part of the problem solving process, so ideas are listened to and all taken into account when decisions are made. Also, I get to learn so many new things at this job and am encouraged to solve problems independently. The health benefits are great, better than I expected for a small startup.

Because we're still in start-up mode there is a lot of wearing different hats in the company, it is a challenge despite the support management provides. There isn't any 401k matching which I prefer to see as a benefit.
