I worked here for exactly 1 year, and I can't stress how great the environment, people, and actual work are, so I apologize for the long list! - Lots of space for growth, it was a smaller company so I could take on big projects while having the support when I needed it - Flexible working hours, the type of company that measures success via outcomes rather than the hours at your desk. You're able to work whenever, as long as you get the work done (although most people did the usual 9-5) - Many opportunities to work on something different, every week looked different from the last - I was given lots of flexibility in choosing what I wanted to work on and could jump in on projects that aligned with my career goals - Friendly, kind and humble team, the leadership team treated everyone with the same level of respect - Had the perfect workload, it was enough to keep busy and make the day go by fast but not so much that you’re slammed - Everyone listens to your ideas and feedback! If you have something to say, people take you seriously and you get to execute on those ideas It's the type of job where you're ACTUALLY involved in the company's outcomes, and where you as an individual and your work are both valued. Everyone on the team plays an important role in the company's direction, even the intern! I'd 100% recommend it to anyone in their early career because over the course of a year, I felt like I learnt more than I could have at any other job for three! Not just early career, but anyone driven and passionate who wants to be a part of building something innovative!

Not much to say here… I wore multiple different hats and had a variety of different responsibilities, I loved this but I could see how it can be a con for people who like routine!

Team is great. Engineering team is competent, kind, helpful and engaged. The product is a complex robotic system with mix of hardware and software components. It feels great to make a real impact on people lives and address the housing problem. It has reputable investors and has been one of the best workplaces I have worked in so far.

If you are looking for an easy 9-5 job this company is not for you. But if you want to be challenged and grow this company is the right place.
