I don't have anything positive to say. My experience working at this company was less than ideal.

The organization is currently experiencing challenges related to management practices, including tendencies towards micromanagement and a lack of comprehensive training for operational staff. Additionally, there appears to be a disconnect in fostering a positive company culture, which can contribute to an uncomfortable work environment. Concerns about work-life balance have also been raised. The CEO's rude demeanor creates a tense atmosphere, making each day feel overwhelming and frightening.
