Until the upper management changed a little over a year ago the company was a great place to work....They have good benefits and tuition reimbursement programs

With recent management changes the company no longer cares about employees nor do they listen when suggestions on how to improve processes are made. Upper management takes all the credit for employee's hard work. Human Resources has not been able to help in personal conflict situations and most people will not make complaints for fear of being singled out for termination or relocation. The more valuable people who cared and worked hard have almost all left the company or they are looking to leave before everything falls apart.
