This is truly a difficult question to answer. I met a few nice people to lean on when we were ganged up on. Benefits were great, fully paid.

Constantly monitored and hovered upon by the owner who drills down on you to make calls even though they tell you no outbound calling. The revolving door is forever moving with people being fired for not chumming up with the two faced managers. They rehire old employees who easily fall back into the cult atmosphere. You have no life. The owner is the nosiest person who meddles in your personal life and makes company dinners and outside work functions mandatory since no one would attend left to their own devices. Managers including HR play favoritism and are the most unprofessional, untrained individuals in any business.
