PromoShop initially appears like a reputable company. Memo Kahan the owner will pretend to be your friend while screwing you behind your back. This goes for both clients, employees, and vendors. The company is mismanaged coupled with a lack of resources that makes for a hostile and inappropriate work environment.

During my time at this company, I found that upper management often claimed to support employees but did not always follow through with actionable help. There was a lack of accountability at the leadership level, and decisions were sometimes made based on assumptions rather than a clear understanding of employees’ work. Additionally, the compensation structure was 100% commission with minimal lead support, making it difficult to achieve financial stability. That said, this role did teach me resilience and a strong work ethic, as I had to push myself to succeed under challenging circumstances.
