Vantaggi
CEO/Management/Leadership have all changed since 2020-21 -- a lot of improvements have been made with that change
Some of the most incredible coworkers I've had--very smart, funny, empathetic, hard-working, creative, inclusive, and customer-centric humans.
Creative industry (marketing tech/social media).
Truly transparent leaders who genuinely care about their employees--managers, VPs, CEOs know each one of us and actually want us to be happy and healthy and succeed.
Great customers to work with, some big-name brands which can be exciting.
Tons of flexibility and independence/autonomy while keeping the tight-knit team feel.
Great product team that really listens to CSMs and customers and implements thoughtful product changes/improvements accordingly.
Lots of work to do--never bored (but not working nights and weekends, either)
Growth opportunities.
Unlimited PTO.
Fair compensation.
Generous "extras" (MacBooks, WFH stipend, etc.).
Svantaggi
The company is still growing and learning and changing so that might be a "con" for some folks.
We don't have as much engineering and support bandwidth as we'd all like, but we get it done with what we have! (Would be incredible to grow those teams more and have more room to implement product updates!)
There is always so much to do -- it's not unsustainable, and it keeps things interesting and challenging, but could be off-putting for some.
Working from home can be a bummer.
