      Lyor lied to me for five years until eventually ok got nothing and he stole my business plan and personal equipment and refused to return it. Don't believe anything they say. They will use you.

      -Good place to practice your skills on different accounts/niches. -Great for resume and portfolio. (Agency experience) -Good genuine people that want the best for you. -Great (Entry) level role. -Great Web design company.

      -Insane Expectations! (Expect to make 40+ social media posts a day that are high quality and then management will complain when clients don't like posts.) They want you to be an expert in 10 different niches. -High turnover rate (I've communicated with previous employees and they all say that the expectations are insane and people leave after a few months.) -Low pay. (This is a good place as a stepping stone for better jobs. Work here for a year and don't expect much pay. Most people stay here for less than a year.) -Not very innovative. (The company practices strategies and methods for web design and marketing worked 5-10 years ago. Not now.)

      Thank you very much for your feedback! We’re pleased that you were able to gain valuable agency experience while working with us. We would like to focus on one particular element of this review regarding the number of social media posts expected daily, however. 40+ isn’t entirely accurate. This number fluctuates depending on the number of clients we have and the frequency at which our clients contractually oblige us to post for them. This is something you will find across the industry, as marketing agency workloads tend to be notoriously heavy. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors!
