No training or guidance on wanted marketing materials and my team of two was betrayed constantly by the owner. The owner of the company would yell at and berate employees in front of other employees for very minor things or if he was just in a bad mood. Zero direction or insight was given and when we weren’t able to guess at what he wanted with 100% accuracy, he would get irate. During my last month at the company 4 (out of 10 total employees) resigned or quit.
