Alot of free lunch and food and beer etc. Bonuses can be great...if you EVER get them...which you most likely won't. Work culture makes easier to tolerate.

They get you with the amount of money you can POTENTIALLY make. You sit in an office full of people fighting over phone calls. Once you have the customer you can help them all you want, do back flips and find them deals for 8 months until they finally move in. If they do not write your name or PROMOVE on their application you get NO credit....no commission...no money...MOST companies offer BASE PLUS COMMISSION...Promove offers DRAW. Meaning if you don't make a certain amount then they pay you...but you have to pay it back from your next pay check. Hours are HORRIBLE. The WORST commission structure of all time. Draw is horrible.

They are now a full service brokerage but mainly focused on apartments. Not for those who are seeking to work with actual real estate.
