PromptQL unfortunately has a bit of a toxic work culture, revolving door, constant strategy and product changes, along with blatant nepotism throughout the leadership circle. The behaviour of the CEO is problematic. They continually exhibit delusions of grandeur and seem convinced that every other company and product apart from PromptQL is a waste of time and that everyone else is wrong. Surrounded by yes-men who daren't disagree with any of his maniacal management, public berating of staff and wild strategy swings which seems to reinforce his world view. The sales team were consistently told that new enterprise logos should be closed in less than 90 days and when this obviously didn't materialise, were met with shock, anger and dissection.

The company itself is the product’s most active user, and seeing firsthand how much it improves speed, execution, and decision-making across teams has been genuinely exciting. 3. As a result, the work is super interesting, with opportunities to solve new problems and help shape the next phase of the company rather than simply execute a fixed plan.
