* management is just focused on slashing costs and sprucing up financials to make as much money out of eventual IPO
* outsourcing G&A jobs and replacing people who are good at their jobs with people who are incompetent
* they don't give any sort of equity to anyone who is not a higher up, and are trying to lower bonuses, so you basically don't get anything when they IPO
*salaries are mediocre at best
