I have worked at large companies and small, but never have I been treated as well as here. My manager truly cares about my wellbeing and wants me to put my personal life first. He recognizes that if you take care of yourself and your family, you will be in a better frame of mind to have focus during work. The team I work on also cares about one another. No matter how busy we are, we all find the way to keep things fun.

We are growing very quickly and there is a lot of change. With all the new faces, we have to make a conscious effort to stay connected and remain true to ourselves. If you are the type of person that wants a very prescribed environment and doesn't like curveballs, this may be a bit exhausting for you. However, for those that like challenges, this is a great place to foster innovation.
