It was interesting learning about the growing market that is Proptech. Some members of the team are highly skilled and knowledgable so was great to learn from them.

Management style of most senior members of the team is lacking majorly. Lots of micromanaging and lack of trust around anything you do, I had never felt so under pressure or felt as belittled by a company & its leadership before in my life and I’m glad I can take these learnings forward so I can ensure this won’t happen to me again. I wouldn’t say I was perfect going in there but you’re sold a dream and it isn’t a reality.
