Ruined my career - Recensione dipendente - Head of Sales of Push Notifications Business Unit presso PropellerAds

I was VP of Sales at a major AdNetwork in Israel (7+ years at the company), when I decided it was time and applied to my next Challenge, I wanted to try a relocation job in order to grow myself even more, and found an opportunity at PropellerAds in Cyprus, so I sent my Resume in. Within two months I relocated myself and my husband to Cyprus to open a new department for PropellerAds, called 'Push Notifications'. They went ahead and hired for me 2 juniors with no former knowledge of the industry, for me to teach and manage. I said fine, even though I was brought in to create a department and choose my own employees. After 1 month and 1 week they fired me for poor performance. I still dont know how you can evaluate a new employee after 1 month, nonetheless fire them after you've relocated them to another country! After I was fired, one of my juniors was let go, as well as 2 other employees whom were with me in the room but in different departments. Odd thing was, that they only fired all the non-Russian employees they had. Soon after that the CEO resigned. Something very fishy was going on there, and they have zero diversity in that company. Furthermore, I think the management there are extremely anti-Semitic and dont know how to treat people in general if theyre not Russian like them.
