The working environment and atmosphere are good.

Compared to the old management model

The manager lacks a clear sense of direction and focuses his energy on manipulating office politics. He frequently reprimands staff without cause, which has stalled progress on his projects and initiatives. Furthermore, the HR representative lacks professionalism, spending much of her time engaging in office gossip. Despite these leadership issues, the rest of the team is very pleasant to work with.

I wouldn't recommend working here. If you do take the job, you’ll probably want to start looking for a way out as soon as you arrive.
