This company has a very established client database.Most clients have a long history with the company and they stick with the company once they get started.This makes it easy for new personnel coming into the company.Very heavy focus on client interaction and clients have a very tight relationship with many people within the company,so they always feel they have someone or somewhere to go to.The senior consultants in this company are awesome.There are some very high calibre experts in Finance,Property and Financial Planning.They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help.I learnt a lot from these people.

Some of the practices can be a bit conservative and traditional.ie tie wearing.Sometimes I think the clients might be a bit over serviced and consultants time could be put to better use.Some of the marketing is a bit traditional as well and needs some work.
