      - Very low increment amount - Too much office politics, favoritism - Micromanage - Not a stable company, they have been layoff staff for consecutive years already - Team lead does not know how manage her team in a good way, always being emotional. Don't know why this kind of people can get promoted even with low emotional intelligence - Be extra careful with fake promises about career growth, the only thing that grow is your workload.

Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
