Sad to see the old culture when the prev ceo was around, is now gone. Since going private it’s every man for himself. The good ones have left. Upper management is now run by insecure, toxic babies who try to secretly put you on PIP when the problems are beyond your job scope or pay level. Teams are stretched thin, expected to work long hours even weekends. Layoffs every year, so zero psychological safety. The pay is not even good to be putting up with this. They’ll dangle the prospect of a pay raise/promotion but you’ll have to hold two roles and work 2x 3x before they change their mind and say sorry there’s another restructuring. Think twice before accepting that job offer.

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
