When backed by a $50 billion PE firm there is tremendous growth, with that comes growing pains and changes. Flexibility is a must because we do not have it all figured out. You have complete access to heads of this organization. Can you book a meeting with you CEO regularly? We can here. This place is a great place to start a career not a job. We have wonderful people with different perspectives and experiences. That is what it is all about, learning from each other. You have a chance to really influence this market and make a name for yourself. The new CEO is the guy who is going to take us to the top. Disregard any negative comments. They don't work here anymore most likely for a reason.
