I'm in my fourth year working at Propertybase in sales as an Account Executive. I love it! I like how we get a bunch of leads generated from our website and from our amazing Marketing team. The demand for our product is incredible. We are given the tools and training to help Agents, Brokers and Developers with our #1 Rated Real Estate CRM. The company has amazing developers that keep adding cool and functional features to the CRM. We have company gatherings every year for training and team building (Munich or California). The two owners are the hardest and smartest working owners I have ever worked for. The owners are easily approachable and respond quickly and openly. We have tremendous growth and everyone in this nimble company gets along and helps each other. Management is very open to suggestions and a lot of what employees suggest gets implemented as improvements to the product or with processes, etc. We have a tremendous customer support team that really takes care of our clients in a timely manner. Those of us in sales are not micro-managed and we consider our sales team as a true team and are treated as sales professionals.
