In my opinion, no company in the world meets more than Propex. When I was there the time wasted in meetings was ridicuous. People were managed through intimidation. If you valued trusting friendships with co-workers in management, they were not to be found. In order to stay in place or get ahead, you must be willing to step on and over co-workers. Certain individuals there thrive in that climate. Over the last 5 years middle and upper managment has driven away 40 - 50 people who could have helped the company succeed and grow even in these tough economic times. Until the house is completely cleaned, the company will struggle.
