Thank you for sharing your experience. As we consistently seek to improve as an organization, direct and honest feedback from Phixers is invaluable to us. In the past year, Prophix has expanded the scale and sophistication of our employee feedback initiatives, and these efforts have led to tangible changes in the way Prophix operates. For instance, we're in the process of launching Phixer Ignite this Fall, a new performance enablement process designed to enrich the development of employees by adopting a more continuance feedback process and to align individual goals with organizational objectives with a renewed focus on accountability. Our continuous feedback tools, include a more robust method for 1-1 meetings and more recently, the introduction of 360 Effectiveness Surveys via Culture Amp. What started out as a promising opportunity has slowly diminished into the worst career opportunity I've ever had. It's been demoralizing to say the least to watch countless coworkers and leadership get let go over the years. And we're not talking people that are slackers, these are award-winning people. It seems like there's lots of talk about positive change in growth, but no action around it. This is been a roller coaster ride and myself and the team are sick. At this point, there is no trust and really no hope of things getting better.
