- They dont trust employees - False promises. - No hike/no bonus + worst salary - it is hard to run a company and everyone understand. but CEO+CTO should trust each other and complement people who are with them, but they are not trusting employees fully.. laid off people who stayed with them.. - Bad leadership. CTO should know how to motivate and bring up people. you cant fear and make them work.. you have to bring motivation with positive attitude.. Same applicable to CEO also. Dont play with people's life..
