Pros: Supportive leadership, clear expectations, organized processes, great place to learn, genuinely good culture. Propllr is one of the rare agencies that is both demanding and genuinely healthy. Expectations are clear, leadership communicates well, and there is strong process in place for a small team. It is organized without feeling bureaucratic, and people are kind, thoughtful, and take the work seriously. You will work across multiple tech industries, from health and AI to clean energy and accounting, which means constant context switching. Not every client is exciting, but there is usually something interesting happening if you look for it. The job will make you sharper, faster, and much better at telling complex stories clearly. The people you work with are smart, kind, focused, and genuinely care about doing good work. They are fun, empathetic, and real, which is not always common in an agency environment. Where the agency falls short is mostly structural. As a small team, long-term growth is limited. Salaries at the mid-level are modest for the workload and skill required, and there are no real paths into people management or senior leadership roles. It is an incredible place to build real PR and strategy skills, but eventually you will probably need to move on to grow financially or professionally. My experience overall was genuinely positive, and I’m grateful for how much I learned.
