- Very aggressive onboarding experience and inconsistent editorial goalposts; can take a while for the training wheels to come off - Intense workload (mostly due to understaffing and overservicing) that often felt like a feature, not a bug - Limited opportunities to develop core marketing skills; occasionally felt like we were on our back foot re: emerging trends and tech - Challenges retaining and supporting employees of color (despite good-faith efforts) - Bit of a “toxic positivity” culture with little tolerance from the top for negative feedback about the agency
