Great vision of where they want to go and the CEO is great. Benefits are ok and management is understanding and cares about their employees.

Was terminated due to someone anonymously saying I posted something on Reddit even though it wasn't me and couldn't be proven it was me. Organization isn't the best as training was all over the place and after 3 weeks I still hadn't really learned what i would need to do on the job and they didn't even do their background check until 2-3 weeks in to the job. Solution Architects handle a great deal of the support for the solution so it's not really an Architect style role. Pay was 10-15% under the average pay range for the position.
