Thank you for your valued feedback. In relation to COVID-19 and our office re-entry plan, no employees are required to come into the office until March 2021 at earliest or when a vaccine/treatment is widely available, and for the handful of employees who choose to come into the office regularly, we have made sure to set up precautions consistent with CDC guidelines to put our employee health and safety as our highest priority. We want to make sure that all of our employees feel safe and comfortable in our office spaces, and encourage anyone to reach out to the People team with specific concerns. In relation to your comment on employee growth, as a 3-year-old startup, we have been fortunate to have early employees contribute to our rapid growth, and hopefully our valued employees have been able to learn and develop along the way. However, we know there are opportunities for us to further improve. Learning & development is a priority for the People & Culture team as well as Prose’s leadership.
