Culture: - There is a toxic culture that mentally harasses you. - No proper management. The founder & Co-Founder are the only people who make all the decisions. - No genuine HR. You cannot put your grievances in front of them because they are family related to the owners. In any workplace HR is an important person who has to be someone from the Neutral side. - Holidays are limited and the management will tell their clients that the team is not working but will make sure the team works on those holidays. They will keep client meetings on weekends and will expect you to be present. Once the meeting is over, they will expect you to work the same day and deliver accordingly. Work: - There is a difference between multi-tasking and bombarding someone with work, which the company clearly doesn't understand. - If you complete your work on time or ahead of time(highly unlikely) you cannot breathe for a minute. There will always be something new thrown at you. Health: - You will start dealing with immense stress to an extent that you will have issues mentally and physically. - The number of hours you will have to put into finishing your project will deduct the time from your sleep, leading to a pathetic state of your health. - Breathlessness, Anxiety, Clinical Depression will start adding up
