Layoffs began, and the company was understaffed with workers who were paid less than their true value. The overall mood was negative, and many were burnt out trying to meet unrealistic demands from upper management. The benefits were no longer appealing, and there was very little money set up for team-building exercises. Each time, it feels more like the company's financial disaster. Costa Rica's management was known for poor communication and decision-making. They lacked transparency with their employees and did not address the needs they had.
