Non really- very impressive facility.

Supervisors tend to leave you alone, giving you the ability to work your way through most tasks independently.

Low pay for knowledge and abilities required, no room for upwards mobility, little to no communication from management, poor benefits plans, very poor employee training (trial by fire,) long shifts (50 hr minimum for most)
